Harvest will return for an outstanding 30th Anniversary Celebration!

Great news friends! The Harvest Music Festival has confirmed that live music will again fill Fredericton’s downtown streets between September 14 - 19.
In recognition of this 30th anniversary celebration, the organizers will welcome many artists who have previously performed on the Harvest stages. Favourites from over the years will return to help make this year a true Harvest homecoming - a reunion of old friends after too long apart!
In their first release of information related to the Harvest 2021 line-up we’re happy to see the following artists announced: southern rock and Americana legends Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit; pop/rock chart toppers The Revivalists; heartland roots rocker and singer-songwriter John Hiatt and the Jerry Douglas Band; vintage rock and soul singer-songwriter Grace Potter; gritty and growling, Juno Award-winning July Talk; one of the first ladies of soul, Grammy nominee Bettye Lavette; Juno Award winning singer-songwriter Serena Ryder; performing his solo material David Shaw of The Revivalists; alt-country, roots rocker Lilly Hiatt; blues and gospel wonder Ruthie Foster; blues and soul powerhouse Samantha Martin & Delta Sugar; Atlantic Canadian gem Joel Plaskett and the Emergency; Toronto’s pre-eminent party cover band Dwayne Gretzky and many more yet to be announced!
The organizers have had and continue to have many moving parts to consider in their planning. I commend them on their willingness to work with the province and the city to ensure they offer a safe experience come September. Understanding the impact the festival has on the city’s business community (especially the hospitality sector which was hardest hit) going without the festival for another year could have been crushing. I am thrilled our community will be able to gather after all this time to wish each other a ‘Happy Harvest’ and enjoy the sight of wide smiles as the music runs through us!
Tickets and passes will be available for purchase through TicketPro on July 16 at 11am.

We can expect the Blues Tent behind City Hall, shows at the Playhouse and ticketed shows in the Tannery. There will be more programming in Officers’ Square than ever before along with performances put on by partners at The Hilton all for free!
Ultimate Passes purchased for 2020 can be redeemed this year, rolled over to be used in 2022 or returned for a full refund.
Harvest expects patrons to be fully vaccinated prior to attending the festival and may update its policy based on Public Health guidance throughout the summer.
