Enjoy Fredericton's wilderness and outdoors with geocaching! Think of it as an exciting treasure hunt - all you need is a map, GPS (global positioning) unit and a sense of adventure!
Geocaching is an emerging tourism activity and the perfect way to explore the roads less traveled, enjoy scenic views and of course, experience the great outdoors any time of year!
Fredericton has over 250 caches within city limits and they change regularly! We're already known for many of our creative caches and we've won awards for this! Fredericton's extensive trails (over 80kms) and parks provide many great spots to stash caches allowing geocachers to hunt for caches by foot or by bike. All caches are listed on www.geocaching.com
