Fredericton / Experience / Officers' Square
Officers' Square

One of Fredericton's most beautiful and historic areas, Officers' Square was once a centre for military activity in Fredericton and was garrisoned by the British Army from 1785 to 1869, and the Canadian Army from 1883 to 1914. The space is now the site of outdoor summer concerts, the Changing of the Guard Ceremony, daily outdoor summer theatre, Under the Stars Films Series, and a variety of other festivals and events throughout the year.
