Café Beaverbrook by Chess Piece: Café Beaverbrook is operated by Chess Piece Patisserie, Fredericton’s only truly Parisian-style café. It features a menu of incredible desserts, macarons, savoury pastries, soups, sandwiches and more, made fresh from scratch every day. The café is open to the general public and gallery visitors.
