Burger Battle - a celebration of barbecue season through the culinary creation of amazing, one-of-a-kind burgers at more than 20 locations around Fredericton from March 17 - April 7th!

McGinnis Landing
McGinnis Irish Burger Bomb - Our fresh certified Angus grilled hamburger topped with a Jamieson BBQ sauce,  Bailey's candied bacon, cheddar cheese, a Guinness battered onion ring and finished off with a fried egg on top on a brioche burger bun.

The Hilltop Pub
Smoking Good-ah - Smoked gouda, caramelized onion & bacon relish, roasted red peppers, greens, squash mayo, and an Off grid Ales Campfire Red glazed beef patty on a Brioche bun.

Ramada Fredericton
The Double Stacked Smokey Jack - Two 4 oz patties of Atlantic ground beef mixed with minced rib-eye steak, crushed garlic,herbs  & spices along with liquid smoke.  Served on a brioche bun with bacon marmalade, pickles,  monterey jack cheese.  4 slices of bacon, red onion, lettuce and tomato.  Served with Fries & coleslaw. 

Cheese Curds/Habaneros
The Goudafather - All beef patty Jeff’s gouda, smoked bacon deep-fried Mac ‘n’ and Gouda cheese, tomato,lettuce red onion and chipotle mayo on a broché bun

Isaac's Way 
The Canadian Elk Burger - Québec elk mixed with sage, apple, onion, grilled and topped with BBQ mayo, bacon jam, lettuce and sliced apple. Served with cajun seasoned potato wedges and coleslaw.

The French Onion Burger - Peppercorn crusted beef patty, topped with sherry caramelilzed onions, gruyere cheese and garlic mayo. Served on a rustic scallion bun.

Delta Hotel
The Jacky-Blue - Flame-grilled beef burger brushed with a maple Sriracha glaze, layered proscuitto and carmelized onions, covered with a warm blanket of spicy jalapeno Jack cheese and finished with a house-made Blueberry rosemary ketchup

Rocket Burger
Ballistic Burger - Fresh local beef patty with our own, slow smoked pulled pork and a touch of whiskey BBQ sauce. Topped with crisp lettuce, tomato, cheddar, local smoked bacon and our famous Rocket Sauce.

Nashville Chicken Burger - Fried Chicken breast tossed in a house blend of dry spice, with roasted garlic aioli, shredded lettuce, tomato, sliced pickles, on a sweet potato bun.
