Cuttlefish Jewellery Casting
In this exploratory class, participants will create a pendant using a casting technique used by ancient civilizations. Through this process, Audrée Hamelin-St-Amour will share with students how to carve the soft cuttlefish bone, to cast it (in sterling silver or bronze), and to properly finish their piece. Depending on the participant's timing, 1 to 3 pieces can be achieved in this workshop. All levels welcomed!
