Saffron Indian Foods

As one of the Cultural Market’s longest standing vendors, here since day one, the Sylvester family is proud to have become a staple in authentic Indian foods in Fredericton. Incorporating their own hand-ground spices as well as imported spices into their homemade south Indian dishes, the family of four share their family recipes passed down from generations with market-goers every Saturday!

Vegan Haven

Calling all vegans! Among the Cultural Market’s newest vendors, Vegan Haven caters to any sweet tooth!

From her early days watching her grandmother bake, Kelsey Adams learned the ropes of making finger-licking desserts! Her goal is not only to make delicious desserts to expand the selections of vegan options in Fredericton, but to make them with high quality ingredients while keeping her customers from breaking the bank! And did we mention you’ll be savouring every bite?

Brazilian CheesePom

After taking several courses to learn the art of creating pão de quiejo, the Brazilian treat became vendor Marcia’s specialty and the inspiration for the name of her business, which she translated to make it easier to remember! Always serving customers with a smile, Marcia shares her Brazilian roots with the people of Fredericton through cheesebom, Brigadeiro (Brazilian fudge) coffee and more!
